Growth through mergers and acquisitions had left this large family of funds with
significant inconsistencies in structure and language among its prospectuses.
The project involved developing a design and structure that was suitable for all
funds and that integrated brand standards. We worked closely with a team that
included representatives from John HancockÕs marketing, legal, shareholder
communications, and product areas, as well as outside counsel.
