Prospectuses : E.U. ABN AMRO ASSET MANAGEMENT Document architecture, templates, and simplified content for an interlocking full prospectus/summary prospectus system To help the client add required UCITS III summary prospectuses without a steep increase in their content management challenges, we developed a unique interlocking document architecture. The full prospectus serves as master document for the fund series (a Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV), while for each of the 83 sub-funds, a fourpage summary prospectus can be generated by pulling relevant content from the master document. The architecture is ideally adapted to a software solution but can also be maintained manually.
