Forms Vanguard Funds Form template and prototype Research by the client showed that confusion and fatigue over transfer of assets forms was reducing the flow of IRA rollovers. Working within established graphic standards, we restructured the IRA rollover form to make it easier to understand, easier to process, and 25% shorter. Analyzing client data, we also identified the opportunity to develop a Òquick formÓ that would cut the length from eight pages to three for 95% of people currently using the full-length form.
